Good hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. The staff helped me with local info during my first stay, which I still remember fondly. Highly recommend it for a comfortable experience! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Great value for our trip. Functional hotel with budget rooms and amazingly nice staff in the reception desk awesome. Good location on the road back towards Paddington station, near cafes and pubs. Quite a walk from Norfolk Square Gardens.

Excellent food, overall excellent value and reasonably priced place.
Functional, brand-new rooms for our bags or to move between beds.

Not worth the price!
We stayed here for New Year's Eve and it was a total letdown. The room was tiny for three adults, barely fit the beds and we kept bumping into them. TV was a mess, and the added parking and breakfast fees were just ridiculous. Staff were kinda rude too. On the bright side, the area was nice and easy to explore.

Perfect hotel with efficient staff, it has best possible location to the public transport. The rooms here are cool and modest for 4 people-3 beds. Would recommend the venue, and I would stay here again.

Family-friendly hotel with an excellent service. Satisfactory continental breakfast with cheese and £ 7 plus drinks, for instance, very professional and highly professional personnel.

Very good location for access to Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express rail link
The room was unbearable musty and the bed was in poor condition.

In the first half of May I stayed in a single room on the last floor of the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the good design of the room, the clean walls, the comfortable bed and the new faience in the bathroom. The hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was acceptable. The transport to the city centre (tube and bus lines) was very good. The Paddington railway station nearby is a significant advantage of the hotel.
The wash-basin doesn’t have a mixing tap but two separate taps for cold and hot water. (The shower was OK.)

The Hotel was excellent value for money, great location from Paddington , cafes etc... Great location for Hyde Park . Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good , room was clean and tidy , just what we needed, We had no noise and I think we were close to the kitchens. Would stay here again , Excellent value for money , rooms quite small but you get what you pay for ..
No complaints would come here again .

Nothing we tried everywhere to escape but all local hotels were full. No where to get a cold drink at 11.30. rudimentary security in room and no safe facility. Reception would only secure up to 100 pounds value! The room was vile and the smell of rot and damp on the stairs was choking. This hotel is an embarrassment to the uk and the facade and reception are a mask to why lies upstairs.......hell! The smell was so bad that we did not attempt to try the inclusive breakfast and paid for it at a local bistro.
Everything except location for the train home

The location
The decor is very poor especially in the room I had. It would cost very little to make the room appear modern - the hotel felt more like a Bed & Breakfast than a hotel in a capital city. I understand that the owners probably don't want to spend money on a major refurbishment but that wouldn't be neccessary - imagination-design input & a small budget could totally change the interior - the carpet in the corridors & the interior of my room looked older than me plus the signage for the rooms was very poor & totally confusing - if a fire broke out in the hote I think there could be the chance of people getting hurt. The breakfast in the morning was not great but I suppose you get what you pay for. Best thing about the hotel is it's location.

Very helpful and friendly staff and lots of restaurants nearby and short walkingdistance to the tube at paddington. Hyde park is also nearby. However, the rooms are small and the beds are not very comfy. If you travel with small children, the narrow corridors might be a problem when trying to get a stroller to your room.
